    here i am, perhaps only proving how much i should seek help or something…


    reading things that suggest a change in the way you think can improve how you feel.

    in some way or another, i’ve always considered this to be possible. The only thing is„ i can never decide/discover exactly i should change my thinking to to produce the best results. i have tried disregarding the existence of things that bother me, accepting that i am only misinterpreting these events, or should disregard them as they are not important enough to be upset over. these and more. needless to say, they all fail. don’t get me wrong, they get me through sometimes.. but that period of success has always come to an end. i can think of a few things that once did but no longer stress me out, but it seems like the only thing that makes a stressor less stressful is the introduction of a new stressor which, in dethroning the old tyrant, merely takes it’s place.

    don’t cry over spilled milk, a tow truck is pulling your vehicle away away away…
